1. Acceptance
By downloading or using EasyWorkout you accept these terms. They are in addition to Apple’s App Store terms of use (Licensed Application End User License Agreement). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
EasyWorkout is an app for logging workouts and tracking your progress. The free version includes the core features. EasyWorkout Pro is an optional subscription that adds extra features, such as:
- 1-month and 1-year progress charts;
- visual tracking of the sets you have done today;
- steps, calories and macronutrients from Apple Health.
Pro features may change over time.
3. EasyWorkout Pro subscription
- Price. The price is shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy, in your country’s currency, and includes applicable taxes.
- Automatic renewal. The subscription is monthly and renews automatically every month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged to your Apple ID within the 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Free trial. New subscribers can enjoy a 7-day free trial, if the App Store offers it for your account. The first charge happens when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The app shows you the date of the first charge before you confirm.
- Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. If you cancel, you keep access to Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds. Payments are handled by Apple. Refund requests are made to Apple, under its terms (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- Restoring purchases. If you change devices or reinstall the app, you can recover your subscription with “Restore purchases” in Settings, using the same Apple ID.
- Price changes. If the price changes, Apple will notify you under its rules and, where required, ask for your consent before applying it.
If your subscription ends, Pro features are no longer available, but none of your workouts or settings are deleted.
4. Health data and medical disclaimer
EasyWorkout is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional or training advice. The information it shows, including steps, calories and macronutrients from Apple Health, is for guidance only and depends on the data stored by other apps and devices. Check with a professional before starting an exercise or nutrition programme. You train at your own risk.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app lawfully and not to attempt to:
- access paid features without paying for them;
- decompile or modify the app, or bypass its purchase mechanisms;
- use it in a way that harms other users or the service.
6. Your data
Your workouts are stored on your device. You are responsible for making copies with the export option if you want to keep them. How data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, its code and its brand belong to its developer. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on your devices in accordance with the App Store rules.
8. Availability and liability
The app is provided “as is”. Every effort is made to keep it working properly, but it is not guaranteed to be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages or for the loss of data you have not exported. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The new version will be published on this page with its date. If the change is significant, you will also be notified in the app.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
